Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation of your Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, used to purchase another Gift Voucher or redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. Your Gift Voucher can be sent via email so that you can print it to present to the gift recipient or the Voucher can be sent via post to one mailing address. A flat rate of $10 applies to postage.
